All in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Pre-order items require additional production time before shipping. Please allow the stated pre-order timeframe listed on the product page before your item is shipped.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items are made to order and are not in stock at the time of purchase.

Estimated production time: 5–6 weeks.

Once production is complete, orders will be shipped within 1–3business days.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.

All pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or supplier delays. Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

KISSED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
